Recently, John Smith was named 2010 Committee Chairman of the P.I.P.E. Program Committee, responsible for overseeing apprentice class and shop training as well as the P.I.P.E. mentoring program.
Achievement at each of the levels below includes satisfactory testing through the four levels of apprenticeship and completion of corresponding hours of field work.
