Primland Resort Project Completed

Primland Resort in Patrick County, VA, known for its nationally ranked golf course, hunting, trout fishing and horseback riding has added The Lodge at Primland and fairway cottages along the Highland Course. The Lodge at Primland is a 85,000 square foot, five-star facility, consisting of 26 guest rooms, a full-service spa, underground garage, two full commercial kitchens, public and private dining rooms and a golf pro shop. 

Using contemporary design and fixtures, each guest room offers a bar sink, powder room and full bathroom. Plumbing installations included dual sinks with unique plumbing fixtures, free-standing and recessed tubs, and tiled showers.

Lodge guests can relax and enjoy a complete spa experience in the fitness room, one of the multiple treatment rooms, swimming pool or recreation room. Plumbing systems were provided to the treatment rooms, pool areas and water features in the spa. All of these areas incorporated unique, high-end European and American fixtures.

The two commercial kitchens supporting the public and private dining rooms were supplied with compartment sinks, gas-fired kitchen applicances and cooking equipment. The two internal fireplaces and the two external firepits were fitted with gas piping for gas logs.

All custom plumbing fixtures and systems were installed to meet or exceed LEED rating standards. The project was brought in on time and on budget with no injuries over two and a half years.
