Warco Launches P.I.P.E. Training Program

Committee (in photo at left) welcomed the inaugural class of P.I.P.E. Program participants at Warco headquarters.

Commissioner Berry recognized the Journeyman level plumbers and Apprentices who satisfactorily completed their first and second levels of classroom training and demonstrated mastery of plumbing skills in the field.

"One advantage you apprentices will have is that at the completion of your program, you will have four years of progressive experience on the job, a viable trade and no college loans to pay off," Commissioner Berry said.

Over 20 Warco Certifications of Journeyman Plumbers were awarded. Apprentice Level 2 participants received Warco Certifications for successful completion of Apprentice Level 1.

"This career development program has become part of our company's culture," Ward said.  "I know it will take us forward for many years to come."

Achievement at each of the levels below includes satisfactory testing through the four levels of apprenticeship and completion of corresponding hours of field work.
