Main and Gervais

The Tower at Main and Gervais is located in the heart of downtown Columbia, S.C. Positioned directly across from the South Carolina Capital Building, this central location is ideal for the 18-story, 200,000 square foot tower.

With a combination of office and retail space, the Tower will also offer a lobby-level branch bank and a restaurant with outdoor plaza dining. For those working or visiting, a six-level garage with 540 parking spaces will provide convenient access to the city.

Warco crews with years of high-rise experience have constructed all storm drain systems, including roof drains for the building and area drains for the parking garage. Additionally, they have built the entire sanitary sewer system, all water distribution systems, trim outs and fixturing the building for plumbing. Upfits comprise LEED-applied floors 9 through 11, and floors 12 through 15 for office space.

The Tower's exercise facility, including men's and women's locker rooms with full showers and restrooms were installed by Warco.  The building is projected for completion by the end of 2009.
