Hotel Indigo

The Hotel Indigo and The Residences at 151 are a 14-story hotel and luxury condominium building located in Asheville, N.C. and a part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).  The 100-room Hotel Indigo is a unique boutique hotel designed to appeal to business travelers looking for a a different hotel experience. The top four floors, marketed as The Residences at 151, consist of 12 luxury condominiums.

Warco installed the entire waste water and storm systems throughout the hotel including the plumbing and fixtures in 100 guest bathrooms and each luxury condominium's bathroom and kitchen plumbing and fixtures.

Additionally, Warco was responsible for the complete plumbing systems in the commercial kitchen and Phi bar.

As a lead contractor on site, Warco completed the job on schedule and on budget, facilitating other trades' scheduling and completion.
